Effective date: June 5, 2026. These Terms of Service (the â€œTermsâ€) govern your access to and use of Ecadu, including ecadu.com and any related services (the â€œServiceâ€). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting Ecadu, creating an account, or using any portion of the Service, you consent to these Terms. The Service may be updated or modified from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or the ecosystem in which Ecadu operates. Any use of Ecadu marks or logos requires prior written authorization from Ecadu.

Third-Party Links and Apps

Ecadu functions as an app discovery platform. The listings you see on ecadu.com are links to external applications that are hosted on Google Play. Ecadu does not host, host-content, store, or directly manage the apps themselves on its servers. Any installation, usage, or transaction associated with those apps is governed by the terms and policies of the app provider and by Google Play. Ecadu does not guarantee the availability, safety, or legality of any third-party apps, and it disclaims all responsibility for the content or conduct of those apps.

Information such as ratings, reviews, and descriptions related to third-party apps may be aggregated from third-party sources, including Google Play. Such information is provided for convenience and informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement by Ecadu.

ECADU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. CONTENT ON THE SERVICE MAY BE INACCURATE, OUT OF DATE, OR SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. ECADU DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, INCLUDING APP LISTINGS, REVIEWS, OR RATING DATA.

Ecadu does not warrant that any particular results will be achieved from the use of the Service, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or that the service will meet your expectations. You acknowledge and accept that your reliance on any information provided via the Service is at your own risk. Ecadu may suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature or portion of the Service at any time without liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecadu and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Ecaduâ€™s aggregate liability exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to access the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and destroy any downloaded materials. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ecadu regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or communications. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
