Developer Submissions

Ecadu welcomes developer inquiries, API proposals, and opportunities for integration. To submit a proposal or documentation for review, please email [email protected] with the following details:

• Organization name and the primary point of contact
• Proposed integration name and a brief use case
• Target platforms, endpoints, and authentication mechanisms
• Security and data handling considerations
• Estimated timeline, required commitments, and milestones

Response Times

Ecadu is dedicated to predictable and timely replies. Estimated response times are as follows, depending on inquiry type and complexity:

• Developer submissions and proposals: within 2–3 business days
• Security disclosures and urgent issues: within 4 hours during business hours
